    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I stand to support this amendment and the sentiments of my colleagues that we really cannot use education, especially without notice to stop these aspirants from offering themselves for these elective posts. Some of these people have served very nicely in this House. We want to give them another chance. We want to give them five years to be in this House or in the county assemblies, if the electorate will allow them, as they pursue education. This will ensure that in the next election, we can adequately implement the post-secondary or educational requirements as per this legislation."
