    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (d)- “(d) putting measures to ensure where applicable transition to the next level of education, especially for the vulnerable and marginalized children.” I am seeking to put measures in place for transition. We have just talked about admission and retention without transition. For vulnerable communities and groups like girls, the issue of transition is usually a problem from one level of education to the other. So, I am seeking to give that mandate for ensuring that there is smooth transition for girls."
