    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I understand where we are coming from but I want to clarify to my colleague here that we are insisting on the Kenyan child getting free and compulsory education as defined and prescribed in our Constitution. However, I would not imagine that the same Constitution would want the Government of the Republic of Kenya to enter into emphasis and ensure that the children of ambassadors and workers who come from outside Kenya attend school in Kenya. That will be a tall order for us."
