    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words, “or at the attainment of the school going age of four years” immediately after the word, “Registration Act or”. The import of this is to be very clear on the minimum age for a child to be admitted in school. If you do not make it clear, then a parent would say that a child of eight years is still too young to go to school."
