"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to make it clear. I do not know whether my colleague has this Order Paper with the proposed amendments. We are giving penalties to any parent who does not take the child to school. So, we do not want a situation where a parent will say, “My child is still too young”. In fact, you are actually doing the opposite. We have no issue with the person who takes a child to school early. We have issues with a person who is not ready to take a child to school. That is what we are trying to take care of. We have said a school going age of four years."
