    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I do not know why the Minister has a problem with that because this is an innocent child admitted to school. It would be discriminative on the religious and cultural aspect. It is very clear in that clause. I have seen the debate on mini- skirts that the Minister brought up and also the issue of nuns who we highly respect. So, we want this to be a very accomodative Bill and I beg the Minister to consider this amendment."
