    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 38 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “investigate” and substituting therefor the words “cause investigation of” (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “the school” appearing immediately after the words “attend school” (c) by renumbering sub clause (2) as sub clause (3) (d) in sub-clause (2)- (i) by deleting the words “five million” and substituting therefor the words “five hundred thousand shillings”; and (ii) by deleting the words “five years” and substituting therefor the words “two years”"
