"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 40 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub clauses immediately after sub clause (2)- “(3) The Cabinet Secretary in consultation with National Education Board shall advise the government on the financing of technical, vocational and talent education” “(4) The Cabinet Secretary shall upon advice of the National Education Board advise the government on the promotion of environmental protection education for sustainable development”"
