    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I want to invite my colleagues to our Constitution. This Bill is going to be an Act of Parliament and the Constitution is very clear on who is supposed to teach in Kenya. The Constitution is very clear that, that person must be a registered teacher and any registered teacher must be trained. I want to invite my colleagues to one very simple thing that it is one thing to get an A, but another thing to be an all rounded person being taught by a teacher who has gone through pedagogy to move the child from one level to the other. That is what we want in this country. To have the real A,; an A of a child of Kenya who is more responsible because he was taught by a trained teacher."
