    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT clause 52 of the Bill be amended (a) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the word “appointed” and substituting therefor the word “deployed” (b) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (7)-“(8), The County Director of Education shall, in the performance of the functions under subclause (7), have due regard to the teacher management functions provided under Article 237 of the Constitution and the Teachers Service Commission Act”"
