    "content": "In his point of order, Mr. Olago raised the following issues:- (i) That the judgment erodes the supremacy of Parliament and whittles down the principle of Parliamentary privilege under the National Assembly Powers and Privileges Act, Cap.6 of the Laws of Kenya and Article 117 of the Constitution. (ii) That the Speaker should protect Parliament from the Judiciary. (iii) That Members of Parliament be allowed to ventilate on this issue. (iv) That the matter be referred to the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) for appropriate action and the Commission reports back to the House."
