    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 58 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “public school or” immediately after the word “every” appearing at the beginning of the clause”. This is basically to make sure that the annual report is submitted by public institutions. So I am inserting the word “public”."
