    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 62 of the Bill be amended- (a) in the marginal note by deleting the word “Commission” and substituting therefor the word “Council”; (b) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Commission” and substituting therefor the word “Council”; (c) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “Commission” and substituting therefor the word “Council”; (d) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “Commission” and substituting therefor the word “Council”."
