    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister is aware that the purpose of posting the DC to where he is today was to serve the communities there. The Managing Director too is supposed to be serving the communities of that area. Those are sugar-cane growing farmers. I wonder whether the Assistant Minister can take this matter more seriously by ensuring that the people of Chemelil are given the necessary support in order to work in their farms without the DC interfering."
