    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for that good answer. However, from her response, she has stated that, out of the 4,735 primary schools that were supported under the Green Schools Initiative Programme, only 29 are from Eldoret South Constituency. But as per the minutes of a District Education Board (DEB) meeting that was held in my constituency on Wednesday 26th, 20 schools benefited from that programme. I would like to ask the Assistant Minister to clarify why the other nine schools were not supported. Could she respond to that?"
