    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, not all the 4,735 schools have implemented the programme. As I said, some are under the Green Schools Initiative and others are under collaborations with other Ministries; including the Ministry of Education which has programmes that come through the DEB. What was identified in Eldoret South was an allocation of 29 schools, which we think most constituencies will receive. But the first 20 were implemented. So, programmes for the nine remaining schools are still going to be implemented. That is why, in my answer, I have talked about schools that will be supported in that programme. It is not that we have completed supporting. We are still continuing. In fact, we have 500 schools that are going to be added in the budget for this financial year."
