    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while thanking the Assistant Minister for this answer I wish to express my concern that it has taken too long for this Ministry to reconstruct information that is available in the Ministry. Many relatives of officers who have died while in the service of this Government have continued to suffer while pursuing gratuity and other claims because of poor record management by the Government. At this age of information technology available in this country, could she state whether there is a policy of managing storage and retrieval of information, so that officers who happen to die in the Civil service do not continue to suffer before compensation is done?"
