What is he doing to protect these innocent students who, out of lack of vacancies in local universities, want to go abroad, not necessarily to China, to ensure that by the day they are leaving the country know the universities they are going to attend are, in the first place, recognized? It appears that they do not seem to know that there is a resource centre showing which universities are recognized within the country and the region."
