I have stated categorically that Kenya, being an independent state, will not gamble with matters to do with quality. Kenya’s education standards are known continentally and globally. So, even though other countries may recognise those courses, we will subject the courses being offered by those universities to our standards. So, we will not gamble with quality in this country."
