    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I admit that I come from some of these areas that are very remote, but we have worked very hard to make sure that there is internet in those areas. I also want to confirm that most districts or county headquarters have internet services. Therefore, for universities, I am sure quite a number of students can sacrifice to go to their district headquarters or county headquarters. We will liaise with the District Education Officers (DEOs) and our Provincial Education Officers (PDEs) to make sure that information is available to all students and interested parents. Thank you."
