    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for the answer that he has given. Is it possible for him to request the IEBC to post on their website the requirements that he has read here, so that all the candidates are informed? He has said that independent candidates are supposed to be supported by 1,000 supporters for parliamentary seats and 2,000 supporters for the Senate, who are not members of a political party. Could he confirm who shall provide the register of those people who are not members of a political party? If an independent candidate must get supporters who are not members of a political party, then there must be a register of the non-members of political parties from where the independent candidates can verify."
