    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not think that an independent candidate will just go somewhere and pick people. These are people who have agreed to support the independent candidate in his application. These are people the candidate should rely on. They should be truthful to him and assure him that they are not members of a political party. I also believe that the Registrar will satisfy herself at that time that those members presented by an independent candidate are not members of a political party. So, it is not too difficult to achieve that position at the time of presenting the papers by candidate."
