    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there being no official communication from the IEBC in the media as to the qualification requirements for all the elective positions, the members of the public are duped into buying any information out there, including from the employees of the IEBC or even commissioners. Hon. Mwau has requested for posting of such information on the website. Mine is a more pertinent issue on whether Government agencies are co-ordinated in terms of giving the public out there clear information. Even as the Assistant Minister says that the IEBC is as from now bound by his answer, we have other statutory bodies and Commissions which are still out there telling people that there are vetting requirements. They are telling the people that one should submit a certificate of good conduct from the police, a clearance reference bureau certificate and a HELB clearance certificate. Even for my case, I have been asked for a clearance certificate from a mother-in-law, which I do not even have."
