    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this road cuts through three constituencies, namely Emgwen, Mosop and Eldoret North. Two years ago, they did the grading of the Eldoret North part. In the last financial year, they did the Emgwen part. My constituency’s section of this road is very bad. Now that the Ministry has provided Kshs18 million for maintenance, could he consider starting work from the Mosop section, and ensure that the work starts immediately because farmers are suffering?"
