    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have had a whole five years when these Bills should have been brought. If they were that urgent, they should have been brought within that timeframe. Finally, even the Supreme Court acknowledges that the gender rule is progressive. So, I do not know why these Bills cannot follow the normal procedure. They are not as urgent as the gender rule, which the Supreme Court does not think is important. So, I do not see why this is more important than the gender rule."
