All that was remaining was reporting. Most of the business on the Order Paper deal with agriculture and Kenya is an agricultural country. Since we have an opportunity to complete enacting all the laws relating to agriculture, we should proceed and do so. Surely, two hours will not make any difference. That is why I support."
