    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this important Bill. It has been in the offing for a long time, but I can see that it is now coming during the Jubilee Year. This is the year of the jubilee. It is never too late. Now that it is coming during the jubilee year, it has given other people also an opportunity to name their pacts and coalitions as jubilee. It is a good thing. I hope that when this curriculum development is in place, they will not keep on changing textbooks every year. This makes it very expensive for the parents to buy new books every year. So, the curriculum should not be changed every year. If that happens, then it only makes the parents incur unnecessary expenses. I hope that now it will become professional and will not fall into that trick. With those remarks, I beg to support."
