Member needs to do, and it is in the public domain--- Just the other day, the Ministry of Finance reallocated Kshs1.5 billion for drought mitigation. That is why we have decided to increase water bowsers in drought hit areas. What I can promise the hon. Member is that, once we receive that money, we will give a water bowser to Hulugho District. We have already ordered for the water bowsers."
