    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Bill. As a Member of the Education, Research and Technology Committee, we have gone through this Bill and we are very happy with it. On behalf of the Committee, I want to congratulate the Minister. For the short time that he has been in the Ministry, we have achieved what we could not have achieved in the last three years. He has worked so hard. He has brought the Basic Education Bill which we have just passed this evening and again he has brought this Bill which is very important. This Bill is going to refocus our education system particularly as regards curriculum development. The curriculum must adhere to the needs of the country. It must be tailored to achieve Vision 2030."
