    "content": "One of the problems our country has is the issue about quacks in the medical field. This Bill addresses that issue very well. We have lost a lot of friends, relatives and Kenyans due to bad administration of medicine.This was initially because of lack of sufficient number of qualified medical practitioners. Now that we almost have enough - indeed, many of them are not employed - I think it is time we became very strict. I am happy that the Minister has addressed this issue in this Bill, and I support it fully."
