    "content": "This is an important Bill. It is setting out the duties of the Attorney General as the Chief Government Legal Adviser. It is also important to warn, particularly civil servants and other Government officials, that under the new Constitution, if you do not comply with the Attorney-General’s opinion, you stand the risk of assuming personal responsibilities. If you defy his opinion and something goes wrong, you assume personal responsibility. It is important that this is said. It is now in the Constitution. You cannot now afford to ignore the opinion of the Attorney-General when he is acting as the Chief Government Legal Adviser. With those few words, I support."
