    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will be very brief and right from the beginning say that I also want to support this Bill and congratulate the Attorney-General for bringing it here. However, Mr. Attorney-General, let me just assure you that there has been a lot of exchanges about seniors and so on but you know in the Bible it is said: ‘The last shall be first and the first shall be last.” Although you entered the Cabinet much more recently than most of us, you are first in the sense that there is only one Attorney-General in the Republic of Kenya. Therefore, I just want to tell you that all eyes are looking upon you for the making of good laws in this country with impartiality, wisdom and with a sense of the future that the future will remember you for what you did in this country in terms of law making. I think that prosperity is so important that a Bill like this will go into history that it came during your time."
