    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to assure the hon. Member that in 2004, we had only 200 facilities giving ARVs to Kenyans. Today, as I stand here, we have 1,100 facilities countrywide providing ARVs. We must say that we have not reached the end but, as a Ministry, we are trying as much as possible to ensure that those services are available to all Kenyans."
