Kioni has said that the matter came before the House and that there was an undertaking by the Minister that the payments would be made. In those circumstances, really, is it not necessary to send the matter to another Committee? In fact, our Standing Orders provide for it to be taken to the Implementation Committee since an undertaking has already been made in the House by the Minister."
