    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with your permission, I wish to read one of the judgements by Judge Gacheche; it says: “There can be no good reason in my mind to withhold her salary any further”. This lady has not been paid since 2008 and she has eight kids. In the second judgement, the mandamus order, there is a clear order that she be paid her salary. So, the Government has refused to implement court orders. I do not know if it is aware that we are under a new Constitution. That is why the matter is here. So, I would plead with you to allow this matter to continue."
