    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The hon. Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs, who is also a lawyer, ought to know that when you allege sub judice you must actually prove the same. So, he cannot make mere allegations. He cannot come before this House and say that there are matters before court. That is a rumour, as far as we are concerned. What we have before us is what hon. Karua has presented, the documents. The only thing now the Deputy Speaker can guide us on is whether they are authentic; otherwise what the Vice-President is saying is a rumour."
