I would appreciate getting a copy of the service and also that of David Bwana, High Court Civil Case No.501 of 2010. Therefore, it is my considered view that discussing this matter right now actually makes this House do exactly what the courts would be doing. I thought it would be best that we allow the process in court to be concluded."
