If you look at the Question, it asks clearly why the three officers; Ambrose Ngare, Martha Samu, and Andrew Ojal were charged. In all these cases where they were charged, a nolle prosequi was entered. How then can it be sub judice to tell us why they were charged in the first place, in a case that is concluded?"
