    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 21 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (3) by inserting the words “and fishing” immediately after the word “agricultural”. The amendment seeks to include fisheries. When you look at the definition of “agriculture, it tends to exclude fisheries. So, we had agreed to mainstream fisheries in the amendment. So, that is what it seeks to do."
