    "content": "(a) In criminal case No.618 of 2008, prisons officer Ambrose O. Ngare who was at the time an Assistant Commissioner of Prisons, Martha Samu, who was Senior Superintendent of Prisons, and Andrew Ojal, Senior Superintendent of Prisons along with six others were charged with incitement to disobedience of lawful command of a prisons officer contrary to Section 63(2) of the Prisons Act, Chapter 90, laws of Kenya. The officers were also interdicted from duty with effect from 20th April, 2008, in accordance with the code of regulations, Section G(32)."
