    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub- clause immediately after sub-clause (3)- (4) Where the noxious or invasive weed is of such a nature or proportion that it cannot be cleared by an individual or community, the government shall take steps, within six months, of such notice given by an individual to the government, to clear the noxious or invasive weed."
