    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs has answered that they were dismissed following the riots. The only point I am following is for him to confirm to this House that the charge sheet was about King’ong’o Prison. He needs to confirm as a matter of fact because it will be in the Report he tabled that there were no riots anywhere in the prisons in what used to be Central Province. Therefore, there were no riots in all the prisons under the command of Mr. Ngare with which the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs could have charged him."
