    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “may from time to time identify” and substituting therefor the words “shall with the advice of the Authority develop rules for identifying”; (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (2) – (2A) The county governments may from time to time, through the relevant county executive committee member, identify land suitable for the production of each of the scheduled crops. (c) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “Cabinet Secretary” and substituting therefor the words “the county executive committee member responsible for agriculture.”"
