    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 39 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “and the county governments” immediately after the word “Authority”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (p)- (q) the relationships between farmers and other dealers in crops; (r) the formula for the pricing of scheduled crops; (s) the regulation of standard industry agreements."
