I was listening very keenly to the answer by the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs about the dismissal of Mr. Ambrose Ngare Ogeto. Is it in order for him to mislead the House when he is fully aware that on 19th June, 2009, Mr. Ogeto was asked to show cause why he should not be retired in public interest? I wish to table that letter."
