    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 39 be amended in sub-clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (p)— (q) the relationships between farmers and other dealers in crops; (r) the formula for the pricing of scheduled crops; (s) the regulation of standard industry agreements. The import of the amendment is to increase the purview of the regulations."
