    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, while I support the amendment totally, let me appeal to the Minister, my colleague here, that on these levies, now that the farmers are going to be engaged in determining how much they should be charged and so on. Please, let them be used for developing the areas where the farmers are. The infrastructure in the sugar area is really pathetic. One wonders where the levies and the cesses go. I just hope that in the new dispensation, there will be a mechanism for ensuring that the infrastructure where these crops are grown, the levies are used prudently."
