    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, realizing that next year we shall be going to county governments and there is a danger that unless this law is amended and made simpler, this bureaucracy is going to be transferred to the County Government, could the Assistant Minister inform the House what action his Ministry is taking to ensure that as we go to the County Government the procurement procedures are made much simpler and more people friendly, so that the people at the county will be able to transact business in a very fast way?"
