    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I can let out a secret here; that the hon. Member for Gichugu told me to drink a lot of water because she was going to be very tough; and, indeed, she has! I want to say that I cannot confirm the figure of 30 per cent. I can, however, accept that some of our officers still need urgent attention. We are doing everything possible to make sure that those staff houses are provided.
