"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, unless he was misleading the House. I withdraw and apologize. But in all fairness to this nation, the Treasury is not a personal property to anybody. The law must be followed to the letter. The Minister’s word must be good because our people depend on that funding. The reason we fought so much for change is to stop this kind of behavior by Ministers. I want to ask you to compel this Minister to come back here this afternoon or send him to his office now to with the Statement. Only two weeks ago, his Assistant Minister was here with the figures and told us that they did not have the money. Why can he not be candid enough and tell us the truth if there is no money?"
